Responsible gambling
Casino games are paid entertainment. These simple rules help keep it that way — and show where to get help if it stops being fun.
Five rules before you play
- Only adults. Gambling is for people aged 18 and over.
- Budget first. Decide how much you are ready to spend as entertainment and never go above it.
- Time limit. Set an alarm and take breaks.
- Never chase losses. Trying to win back what you lost is the fastest way to lose more.
- No borrowed money, no alcohol. Play only with money you can afford to lose and with a clear head.
Tools inside your casino account
Licensed casinos, including Ramenbet, JoyCasino and Casino-X, have a Responsible Gaming section. Typical tools are deposit limits, loss and session limits, reality-check reminders, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion. Set limits before you start — it is much harder to do in the middle of a session.
Warning signs
- you spend more money or time than you planned;
- you hide gambling from family or friends;
- you borrow money or sell things to play;
- you feel irritated when you cannot play;
- you play to escape problems or to win back losses.
If you recognise two or more of these signs, take a break and talk to someone you trust or a specialist.
